Terms & Conditions

1. Entry to the competition is open to all persons residing in WA except employees of AMP Capital Shopping Centres Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
2. The promoter is AMP Capital Shopping Centres Pty Limited A.B.N No 13 001 595 955 c/-Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, 36 Ocean Keys Boulevard, Clarkson.
3. To enter customers log on to www.oceankeys.net.au, click on the competition details on the homepage and then enter their details, using correct name and email address on the entry form on the site, plus choose which prize they would like to win. Any incorrect name or email will invalidate entry to competition.
4. Customers can enter once a day and are able to get extra entries when they refer their friends, and for every friend they refer that enters will automatically give them an extra entry.
5. The prize that the customer can win is an Eyessenital Gift Pack .

6. The prize is valued at $300 and is correct at the time of publication. The prize is supplied by Ocean Keys Shopping Centre. The prize value may change or vary.

7. The prize/s is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
8. The competition commences on Tuesday 5 May 2009 at 9:00am (WST) and entries close at 5:00pm (WST) on Saturday 9 May 2009.
9. The prize draw will take place at the office of Ocean Keys Centre Management Monday 11 May 2009 at 9am (WST). The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Proof of identity will be required when claiming prizes. The prize must be collected within 90 days of being notified. Competition winners must pick up their prize from Centre Management, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, 36 Ocean Keys Boulevard, Clarkson. In the event of a winner not claiming their prize within the specified time, the prize will be returned to the pool and a new winner drawn.

12. The winner will be notified via email or phone on Monday 11 May 2009.
13. Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing and publicity purposes. The winner’s details will be published on the Ocean Keys website for a period of 7 days after being contacted and will be on the following e-newsletter.
14. Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.
15. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of claiming or receiving the prize or any extra cost incurred with the prize including any extra costs or charges that may be incurred or associated with the usage of the prizes (for example - telephone contracts or charges, connection of the phones, insurance of the phones, damage to the phones or usage of the phones) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for transport for the winners to collect their prizes from Ocean Keys. 
16. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
17. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
18. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
